JUBA – South Sudan’s Minister of Higher Education Science and Technology has updated Starford International University College to full university following its fulfillment of requirements.

The advanced learning institution will now be called Starford International University, dropping the college from its name, according to the ministerial order number 23, issued by Hon. Madut Biar, who is also the head of National Council for Higher Education.

“In exercise of the powers conferred upon me under article 114 of the transitional constitution of the Republic of South Sudan as amended…….., I, Madut Biar Yel, do hereby issue this ministerial order for upgrading Starford International University College to Starford International University after the fulfillment of its requirements.”
