South Sudan football federation opens training for CAF B-level coaching

JUBA — The South Sudan Football Federation (SSFF) announced upcoming plans to launch its CAF B-level coaching course, aimed at elevating the standards of football coaching within the nation.

A statement by SSFF stated that the course will commence in Juba on November 3, 2025, and run until March 19, 2026, with registration for prospective candidates currently open.

Dr. Peter James, Director of the Education Department at SSFF, emphasized the importance of this course in enhancing the capabilities of local coaches.

“This is a significant step towards developing our football infrastructure,” James stated.

“The CAF B-level course will equip our coaches with advanced techniques and knowledge, ultimately benefiting our players and the game’s growth in South Sudan.”

Applications for the course will be accepted for two weeks from the announcement date, with submissions being processed daily by the Education Department’s committee.

Interested candidates can deliver their applications to Dr. Sally Lulako, the association’s Technical Director, or directly to Dr. James and Mr. Albino Simon, Vice Chairman of the Central Training Committee, during official working hours.
